The merger of INTEMAC and JIC: Questions and answers
1. What has changed?
Since March 1, 2026, INTEMAC has been part of its parent organization, JIC.
The INTEMAC team now operates directly within JIC.
2. What is the reason for the merger?
The merger is part of the long-term development of activities within JIC. Since its inception, INTEMAC has been part of the JIC ecosystem and has served as its specialized platform for manufacturing development.
The activities of INTEMAC and JIC have long been intertwined, which is why we have now united them under one organization. The merger simplifies the organizational structure and allows for better coordination of services for companies.
The goal is to link the development of smart manufacturing with broader business support within a single organization.
3. Is INTEMAC coming to an end?
No. The technological infrastructure, professional know-how, and the entire team continue to operate in the same form—now as JIC's expert team for smart manufacturing.
4. Are there any changes to the services provided?
All INTEMAC activities are continuously being transferred to JIC. Projects are continuing according to plan. Contractual relationships and obligations remain unchanged. Contact persons and the cooperating team remain the same as before.
5. What does this mean for clients and partners?

6. Will the INTEMAC brand remain?
During the transition period, we will continue to use the INTEMAC brand to refer to our team of experts and their activities in the field of production development.
We plan to introduce a new product platform focused on smart manufacturing in the autumn of 2026.
